Legit-Ass Meats BBQ Trailer
Legit-Ass Meats BBQ is a husband and wife owned and operated BBQ trailer in the New Braunfels area. Inspired by Texas Hill Country BBQ, everything is smoked slow and low on post oak. We offer a variety of high quality meat options, and if you don't see what you're looking for, just ask. If we can source it, and it fits in our smoker, we will smoke it. Our briskets are USDA certified Prime (or Choice when Prime is not available), We do make exceptions for amazing locally grown beef when available. All of our pulled pork and chicken are natural, no added hormones and antibiotics. We also offer a variety of sides including, but not limited to, Jalapeno Popper Potato Salad, Green Chile Bacon Mac and Cheese, and Pinto Beans.

Southern Touch is a fairly new catering company that also provides meal prep services, catering, and personal chef options. I strongly believe that any budget, big or small, should have access to affordable, yet fabulous food to accompany any event! We pride ourselves in having excellent customer service and having a strong attention to detail. Being a mom of three my career path wasn't always so clear, but in 2021 my children and husband pushed me to pursue something I had a passion for all my life…FOOD! Making the decision wasn't easy, especially after dropping out of Le Cordon Bleu in 2004 for financial reasons, I pushed myself to enroll in Escoffier and I haven't turned back since! We hope you love everything about Southern Touch!

Canyon Lake Condos is happy to coordinate a Texas hill country wine tour for your group. Experience all that our local wineries have to offer by using the available shuttle service!
Katie and Jaston Bivens live in Spring Branch, Texas. They have traveled all over the world in search of their favorite wines, but they continue to come back to the stunning wines found right here in their own backyard. Winding Road Wine Tours is their way of sharing all that the hill country has to offer with everyone who visits!
Tours offer a comprehensive experience, encompassing tasting fees and transportation to three wineries, distilleries, or breweries. You'll have the chance to explore Driftwood, Fredericksburg, or Johnson City. Conveniently, we provide pickups at Canyon Lake Condos at Stillwater Ranch. They cater to private tours, birthday parties, bachelorette parties, family reunions, and other occasions.
